Deliveries

Dear Customer,

Thank you  for your purchase of your MeNo GrinGo garment and we hope to deliver your order as soon as we can.

Please make sure your delivery details are complete including physical full address (No P.O Boxes),  and post code and a telephone number along with your email address so we can ship your order to you.

Timing of Deliveries for New Zealand

We will process your order within normal business days. For New Zealand metropolitan deliveries this should be within 2-3 days for the North Island and 3-4 days for the South Island. Please allow a couple of extra days for rural deliveries and we do not count weekends or public holidays as normal business days.

Timing of Deliveries for Australia

For orders to Australia, these should take up to 10 normal business days not including weekends and public holidays.

International Orders and Deliveries

Deliveries that are shipped to countries outside of New Zealand and Australia may take up to 4-6 weeks from time of order to get to you. Any orders you make might be subject to local importation taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your own country. Any of these extra charges will be your responsibility as we do not have any control over these charges. If you are unsure then please contact your local customs office for further information for deliveries and costs.

Please check with us first before ordering shipping costs but we ship Anywhere around the world. Please note we are unable to ship to a P.O Box and only can ship to a fixed address.

Full Delivery Address

Please always provide a full physical street address including your Post code and email address and telephone number as we are not able to deliver to a P.O. Box. You may need to sign for your order on delivery as well.

MeNo GrinGo Currency

MeNo GrinGo Ltd is a New Zealand owned and operated business so all items listed on our website are in U.S dollars for ease of business unless stated.

Returns  and  Refunds

You may return any product that you have ordered within 21 days along with proof of purchase, with the exception of any sale or discounted items. Any items must be returned to us in an unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition. All original packaging and labelling must also be returned along with proof of purchase. Any Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they have a fault so please choose carefully when you order. Shipping and any handling charges will not be refunded unless the original item faulty and we deem it to be so.

If you need to return an item, please complete the return form that is included with your order and send it back to us. All return shipping costs are to be paid by you so please choose carefully and use the Size Charts on our website for correct sizing.

Exchanges

If by any chance you wish to exchange a garment, please email us as soon as you can so we can make sure we have the requested item available. Only items ordered through our website
www.menogringo.com can be exchanged for another similar MeNo GrinGo garment, (wrong size being the most common reason for an exchange). All of the return shipping costs including our shipping costs back to you are to be paid by you so again please choose carefully before you make an order and use the Size Charts available on the website. 

Sale Items

As sale items are already discounted, these may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty items.
