Returns and Refunds:
You may return any product that you have ordered within 21 days along with proof of purchase, with the exception of any and all sale or discounted items.
Any items must be returned to us in an unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition. All original packaging and labelling must also be returned along with proof of purchase. Any Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they have a fault so please choose carefully when you order. Shipping and any handling charges will not be refunded unless the original item faulty and we deem it to be so.
If you need to return an item, please contact us first at info@menogringo.com to get a return form and send it back to us. All return shipping costs are to be paid by you so please choose carefully and use the Size Charts on our website for correct sizing.

If by any chance you wish to exchange a garment, please email us as soon as you can so we can make sure we have the requested item available. Only items ordered through our website www.menogringo.com can be exchanged for another similar MeNo GrinGo garment, (wrong size being the most common reason for an exchange). All of the return shipping costs including our shipping costs back to you are to be paid by you so again please choose carefully before you make an order and use the Size Charts available on the website.
